The Cardinals have been eliminated from the playoffs, but you can still get a good dose of Adam Wainwright before the MLB season ends. Per Barry Jackson of the Miami Herald Adam Wainwright will be on the broadcast for the Atlanta Braves and Miami Marlins game on Tuesday:
Marlins-Braves announcer assignments: Adam Amin-AJ Pierzynski and Cardinals pitcher Adam Wainwright on Game 1 at 2 p.m. Tuesday on FS-1 and Matt Vasgersian, Jim Kaat, Buck Showalter on Game 2 at 2 p.m. Wednesday on MLB Net. No Bob Costas on MLB Net playoff games this year.

The extent of Waino’s involvement in the broadcast is not immediately apparent, but to me, this tweet implies that he will be in the booth for the entire game. Adam Wainwright’s insight to the game and natural charisma seem to make him a natural fit for a future broadcasting career. On Tuesday we will get to find out for sure, plus watch a little baseball!
