DISH and Sling have reached a temporary truce with Fox Regional Sports Networks - A Hunt and Peck

You might have noticed that there was a little bit of conflict between Fox Regional Sports Networks (RSNs) and DISH and its streaming service, Sling. The two entities were reportedly unable to reach a contract agreement and the deadline was soon approaching. If a deal was not made, DISH and Sling would no longer carry RSNs such as Fox Sports Midwest. That means no more Cardinals games for those using that provider.

Fortunately, the two look to have agreed to a temporary contract extension. A longer-term agreement is still not finalized, so the threat of losing access to your local team’s network still exists, but for now your access to Cardinals broadcasts will be uninterrupted.
