Yadier Molina at the Blues game is a whole mood - A Hunt and Peck

Adam Wainwright was there too!

@StLouisBlues

The St. Louis Blues have advanced to the next round of the Stanley Cup Playoffs! They way they advanced was sort of dramatic — they looked to be at risk of blowing yet another 2-0 series lead. In game five, with the series tied 2-2, the Blues were down two goals before storming back to win, scoring the third and deciding goal with less than 15 seconds left in the game. They scored three more unanswered goals in the sixth and deciding game of the series, going on to win 3-2. It was great. St. Louis Blues fans were pumped. Among them were some notable Cardinals!

We have discussed Yadier Molina and Adam Wainwright’s friendship before; It is the purest, lovliest, wonderfuliest thing. Among the other things they have in common, they both seem to be big Blues fans. They were on-site to see the Blues eliminate the Jets first hand and they — especially Yadi — were pumped.

This... this is a level most of us can only aspire to.

Hero.

There were other Cardinals at the game as well. At the end of this video you can see who I am sure is Kolten Wong and someone that has to be José Martínez:

Yadi’s brother, Bengie Molina, “bleeds blue” as well.

What a fun time to be a St. Louis sports fan, folks!
