Alex Reyes is fire - A Hunt and Peck

In his rehab returning from Tommy John surgery, Alex Reyes has made four starts, each more impressive than the one before. During his outing for Memphis Thursday night, Reyes dominated, going seven innings for the AAA team with thirteen strikeouts to one walk and only surrendering one hit. It was just the latest in a string of beyond solid efforts:

In other news, Carson Kelly, on the mend from a hamstring strain, caught Reyes’ game Thursday night. Both Kelly and Reyes are expected to join the Cardinals soon, if not this weekend against the Pirates.
