*Not really, but man, was that ball crushed.

It is not easy to forget the home run Albert Pujols hit in the ninth inning of Game Five of the 2005 NLCS. Cardinals fans certainly have not forgotten. Alert Pujols probably still remembers. Even though this home run may not have permanently broken him as the legend claims, Brad Lidge most likely holds the memory in a special place in his brain.

Let’s be honest, you all remember exactly how this home run looked, but let’s watch it again just because it is fun.

This all bring us to a recent discovery of a ball-like object on Mars. Where did it come from? @keelynstl could not pass up the opportunity to remind us all just how hard the Pujols homer was jacked.

And for that, we thank her.
