Jaime Garcia has been traded, but the memories live on - A Hunt and Peck

Who writes your name in letters of smoke among the stars of the south? Oh let me remember you as you were before you existed.

Jaime Garcia was somewhat of a polarizing player in Cardinals fandom. To some he was a "headcase", to others he was a master of his craft, turning pitching into a form of artistry, the movement graceful, like that of a painter stroking a canvas. To other others, he was meticulously groomed eye-candy. There were no shortage of opinions on Jaime, or as he was affectionately called in these parts "Hotme", but through all those opinions there were memories made, and with the announcement of he being traded to the Braves, we would be remiss to not reflect on some of them.

I believe that game is this one from April 17, 2010.

Not a lot of video of Garcia from that game, but here is the box score.

We will miss you Jaime!
