Happy Wednesday! With their 4-2 win over the Marlins yesterday, the Cardinals secured their first series win of the year and look for the sweep behind right-hander Jack Flaherty this afternoon.

Cards Ride 3-Run 6th to Top Marlins on Tuesday

Yadier Molina drove in the go-ahead run with a sac fly in the sixth inning, and Dylan Carlson added some insurance with a solo homer in the ninth. Alex Reyes recorded the last four outs and picked up his second save.

As mentioned above, Flaherty will start this afternoon against Miami’s Pablo Lopez. First pitch from Miami is set for 3:10 PM Central time.
