The Cardinals are back in Jupiter for a couple of days starting on Monday afternoon, when the Twins visit Roger Dean Chevrolet Stadium.

Lefty Kwang-Hyun Kim was scheduled to start for St. Louis but was scratched due to groin soreness. Kim will throw a bullpen today and start on Thursday, if all goes well. Fellow lefty Genesis Cabrera will start in Kim’s place this afternoon. This will be Cabrera’s second start of the spring and third appearance; he enters the day with five punchouts and no walks over three scoreless innings. Anne Rogers of MLB.com tweeted that Brett Cecil, Andrew Miller, Johan Oviedo, Zack Thompson, and John Brebbia are on schedule to pitch today.

Matt Carpenter is back in the lineup on Monday. Carpenter has been out of game action since Wednesday, when he was scratched with back tightness. He will bat third and play third base.

First pitch of today’s game is set for 12:05 PM Central time and will be aired on Fox Sports Midwest, MLB Network, and the Cardinals Radio Network. You may also follow along on MLB Gameday and chat in this thread!
