Just some fun stuff from Thursday night’s win over the Cubs - A Hunt and Peck

Some good things happened.

MLB: St. Louis Cardinals at Chicago Cubs Jon Durr-USA TODAY Sports

On Thursday evening the Cardinals squared off against the Cubs in the first of 7 games the two teams will face against each other as the season comes to a close. The Cardinals led the Cubs by two games in the National League Central division. The Cubs and Brewers are neck-and-neck to make it into the Wild Card. The playoff race is close and these games are huge in the impact they will have on who makes the postseason and who sits at home. The stage was set for an epic battle.

That is not all though. Here it is from the KMOX broadcast:

If you thought we were done, you thought wrong. Here is the Cubs’ broadcast:

Finally, we have a Spanish broadcast:

Carlos Martínez celebrated in the way he does best:

When the final out was recorded, fans of the Cardinals breathed a sigh of relief. The Cardinals seemed to as well:

What. A. Game.

Huge shoutout to @VanHicklestein and @cardinalsgifs for their wonderful gifs and videos.
