Pitchers and catchers are reporting soon, and there are still a ton of free agents left to sign.

Former Cardinals legend Edward Mujica was one of those players and he will get a shot with the Cardinals this year although he doesn’t have a guaranteed contract. He’s 33 years old, and put up a decent line in the minors last season with the Tigers organization, but gave up four homers in five August outings for the big league club and didn’t get another shot.

A.E. Schafer just took a look at why all of our wild ideas to try and catch the Cubs might not be in the Cardinals best interest right now.

Ben Godar outsourced his post this week and presented us with a wonderful Cardinals history done by his son in a school report.

Dexter Fowler is a big supporter of Barry Bonds for the Hall of Fame. That and all the other links on the Cardinals and MLB.

Edmundo Sosa is our latest prospect profiled in our rankings. He might have made a swing change in the Fall League that could prove helpful.

Enjoy the day.
