Birds:

Stephen Piscotty (OF, AAA)

The Memphis Redbirds outfielder continued his bounce back season at the plate. His four free passes this weekend pushed his BB% up over 12% and his double and home run pushed his career high ISO over 200.

Mike Ohlman (C, AA)

The big man's hot hitting continued. He has three homers to go along with with 5 walks and five strike outs in his last 10 games.

Patrick Wisdom (3B, AA)

The Springfield third baseman collected two multi-hit games this weekend. He still isn't walking all that much, but the power has returned this season and he has significantly reduced his K%.

Kenny Peoples-Walls (LF, A)

It would be unwise to try to read too much into Peoria left fielder's numbers after only 10 games with the Chiefs, but the 2011 draftee also struggled in his first taste of full-season ball last year. He did hit his first homer of the season on Friday night.

Luke Weaver (SP, A+): 5 IP, 6 H, 1 ER, 1 BB 3 K

Luke Weaver was again stingy with both the walks and the strike outs. He fanned 3, walked 1 and was able to induce 5 ground outs over his 5 innings. He was also charged with 2 wild pitches.
