The first-place St. Louis Cardinals (20-6, .769) go for the sweep at Busch Stadium against the second-place Chicago Cubs (13-12, .520). The Cardinals lead the Cubs by 6.5 games entering play tonight, the third-place Reds by 7.5 games, the fourth-place Pirates by 8.0 games, and the last-place Brewers by 12.5 games.
