St. Louis Cardinals vs. Arizona Diamondbacks - Game 46 open thread - May 26, 2015

After a 2015 debut that was worrisome (five walks to three strikeouts) and hearing (seven innings, 102 pitches), St. Louis Cardinals lefty Jaime Garcia makes his second start of the year since returning from thoracic outlet release surgery (as well as labrum and rotator cuff surgery in 2013). Garcia will face the Arizona Diamondbacks in the second game of the clubs' three-game series at Busch Stadium. Randal Grichuk will start in center field. It appears as if manager Mike Matheny may recognize Grichuk's talent level relative to the other St. Louis starters—Grichuk will bat eighth.
