As hard as it is to believe, we are at the quarter post of the St. Louis Cardinals' 2015 season or something close to it. The 25% mark of the 162-game campaign falls halfway between game 40 and 41. Tonight is the Cardinals' 40th game. Tomorrow afternoon, their 41th. With roughly one-quarter of the season in the books, the Cards have twice as many wins as losses and a .667 winning percentage that is the best in the majors. Entering player tonight, Baseball Prospectus gives the Redbirds a 67.3% chance of winning the division and an 85.5% chance of making the postseason.
