Call for 2015 St. Louis Cardinals projection submissions: Jaime Garcia

Steve Mitchell-USA TODAY Sports

The call for 2015 VEB Community projection submissions continues. For the uninitiated, VEB attempts to inject the human element into the MLB projections game. Instead of spreadsheets or regression formulas, the VEB Community submits the 2015 states they believe each St. Louis Cardinals player will end the season with and, at the end of the year, we look back and see how our collective wisdom compares to the more math-based player forecasts.

So far, we've sought your predicted stats for Adam Wainwright, Matt Adams, Michael Wacha, Matt Holliday, Lance Lynn, Matt Carpenter, John Lackey, Yadier Molina, Carlos Martinez, Kolten Wong, and Marco Gonzales. If you have not yet submitted your predictions, you can do so here. You'll have to scroll down for each individual player post with submission form.

Today, it's back to the pitching side of the roster and it's another wild card: Jaime Garcia.

You can find Garcia's stats at Fangraphs and Baseball-Reference. His SBN player page has all of the network's writing on him, including VEB's.

You don't have to be a registered VEB Community member to participate. However, if you are a registered VEB Community member, please include your username with your submission. It's more fun that way.

As always, feel free to discuss your forecasted stats in the comments (using the spoiler tag, please) as well as the thinking behind them!

Update: As of March 29, 2015, Viva El Birdos is no longer accepting community member projections for Jaime Garcia. You can see Garcia and the other Cardinals' 2015 VEB Community projections results here.
