Garcia pitched four innings, struck out six, walked one, allowed a couple hits, and one (earned) run. More importantly than his box score line, though, is the fact that his pitches looked crisp and his command was improved from his first start. In Garcia's springtime debut, he threw a majority of his pitches for called balls. Today he threw 32 of his 50 offerings for strikes—a 64% rate.
