As you've probably noticed by now, there are a lot more posts on a given day here at VEB. Some members of the VEB community have expressed an overwhelmed confusion. Folks are having a hard time figuring out which post contains the daily comment thread. I wanted to make sure everyone knew the indicators that signal a post is the "VEB Daily" main post where that day's discussion will take place.
Right now, we're publishing about four posts per day. The publishing schedule is as follows:
- 6:00 a.m. CDT - "VEB Daily" Discussion Thread
- 9:00 a.m. CDT - Other Post
- 11:00 a.m. CDT - Other Post
- 1:00 p.m. CDT - Other Post
"VEB Daily" Hub Web Page
The post that will host the daily discussion thread will carry the "VEB Daily" hub label. This means it can be accessed from the VEB main page. On the mast, click on "Sections." Doing so will give you a drop-down that contains "VEB Daily." Click on it.
This will take you to the "VEB Daily" hub page. This section of VEB contains every "VEB Daily" discussion thread post in reverse chronological order, with the most recent first. So, for example, today has Rui's Lance Lynn projection post at the top because it is the most recent "VEB Daily" post. You can click on the post title to read it or click on the comment icon to simply skip the content and start commenting.

Red "VEB Daily" Hub Label at the Top of a Post
Another way of telling which post is the "VEB Daily" discussion post is by the labels at the top of a post. There are multiple labels for posts. Most of them are gray. The hubs are red. "VEB Daily" is one of the red hubs. ("Future Redbirds" is another red hub.) A post having this red "VEB Daily" hub label at the top of it indicates it is that day's discussion thread.
Asterisk in the Post Title on the VEB Home Page
Because some VEB community members have struggled with being able to find the "VEB Daily" discussion post via the hub page and by recognizing the red "VEB Daily" hub label at the very top of posts, we're going to add another indicator of the "VEB Daily" discussion post. We will place an asterisk in the title of the "VEB Daily" discussion post so that it's easily recognizable on the VEB home page.
