On Sunday, I noted that the NLDS can be frustrating. This is not to say that it isn't a ton of fun to watch, with typically at least two postseason ballgames per day to kick off the postseason proper, but the crowded schedule means a lot of conditional game start times. NLDS Game 4 between the Los Angeles Dodgers and the St. Louis Cardinals was just such a game. The first pitch was dependent on today's Nationals vs. Giants result. Washington won, forcing a Game 4 in San Francisco on Tuesday night, so the Cardinals game time is officially set for Tuesday afternoon.
