If you're reading this, I'm on my way back to Viva El Birdos headquarters in Fort Collins, Colorado. Morning thread question: What do you think about Joe Kelly at this very moment?
Right now he's got a 2.75 ERA, a .301 BAbip, and a FIP of 4.61. 5.7 strikeouts per nine innings and 3.2 walks. Kelly's peripherals have never been especially solid in the minors, and while his stuff has been much better than I was expecting I'm still kind of worried about things falling apart. Not worried enough to bemoan the Ryan Dempster trade, but worried enough to keep my Jaime Garcia Google alert.
