Playoff Triple-Header Open Thread

We've got three playoff games on today, and I hope you are all in a position to watch at least some of them. I haven't yet, but I don't plan on leaving my sofa the rest of the afternoon come hell or high water. I don't really have much of anything interesting to say today, so I'll just let you converse amongst yourselves.

Oh, Joe Strauss did tweet last night he has information the Cardinals will possibly maybe just might try to trade for an impact player. Said it would be in his chat today. You can go see if there was anything useful in their yourself; I'm not doing it.

I'm rooting for the Giants in the National League, because I love their pitching staff and their ballpark. (Seriously, that's an amazing place to watch a ballgame.) On the AL side I'm backing Tampa because I admire their model for success and also, I have to admit, because I'm kind of looking forward to seeing a World Series game played in front of 15,000 people.

I also have a soft spot in my heart for the Braves, but I just don't see their offense being strong enough to carry them through.

Hell, as long as it isn't the Reds, Phillies or Yankees I'll be happy. Just someone but those three, please. For the love of god.
