2 games, 2 1-run wins and the Cards go for the sweep this afternoon w/ Carp on the mound. Carp's attempting to tie Wainwright for the league lead in wins w/ 15. He'll go against Brian Moehler who has a 5.29 ERA this year but, for his career, is 5-0 w/ a 3.84 ERA against the Cards. I place no stock in that whatsoever b/c we're only talking about 61 career innings and we're dealing w/ different hitters, etc. Nonetheless, these games have been tight and I expect today's game to be tight as well.
