Such as two lawmen preparing "a dazed-and-confused La Russa for jail by teaching him gang signs" and a group of laughing cops discussing how to "scare" the "person snoring inside by pushing their faces against the windows and banging loudly." All caught on camera--a camera in the dash of a police car."

Sure, it's a way to slam the Cubs, but the CArds don't look so bad.    LA's general manager is looking like a genius (thought I don't know how it'd look if this were also compared to payroll).
