Just noticed this on the MLB recap:
Rasmus was responsible for the vast majority of the overall production. The 25-year-old finished 5-for-5 and became the first Blue Jays player to record five hits in a game since Corey Patterson accomplished the feat in a 14-inning affair against Chicago on May 28, 2011.
So, #thetradeworked for Toronto? Colby = Patterson?
Discuss if you want!
* For comparison, CP hit 4 straight singles in that game, then K'd looking, then grounded out, and finally hit a walk-off HR. I kid you not.
