This year Yahoo! Sports—specifically, their fantasy baseball game—is sponsoring Viva El Birdos, among other SB Nation baseball blogs. I am more than happy to run this commercial to that effect because I've played fantasy sports on Yahoo! for as long as I've played fantasy sports. I like that it gets out of the way; I like that it scores live, and that I can harass my friends as easily as possible with it. I like especially that it's free, because I'm not good enough at fantasy sports to justify paying for them.
The only thing I don't like is that my team-name puns are sometimes truncated by their character limit. Which I'm willing to admit could be a force for good as well as evil. More features after the jump:
