Congratulations on your NL Central Division Pennant for 2011. We'll take it from here. Tell Nyjer Morgan we said hi. I'm not going to say that him and his horrible mouth are entirely the reason we're going to the World Series this year, but karma is a bitch. Thanks again and special thanks to Prince Fielder for earning us homefield advantage with his performance in this year's All-Star Game. We will do our best to bring home a championship in his honor!

Dear Houston Astros,

I heard you might be joining the American League West soon. Give the Texas Rangers our regards when you see them. Actually, we'll be seeing them sooner. You can tell Lance Berkman we said hi and that he's really awesome, though. Whoops, I forgot; he's a Cardinal now. We'll just tell him that ourselves. Thanks anyway I guess. Hey, at least you went to the World Series in 2005. There's always that. I mean hey, you got to help the ____ Sox break their ___-year curse of not being a champion by losing to them. We know what that's like. We did that sort of thing in 2004.

The arrogance is all in good fun.

Wanted to make sure to say that before anyone else does. Just having some fun with some arrogance. So happy we’re going to the World Series. Even if we lose to the Rangers, it’s been a helluva ride.

I'm actually going to miss the Astros,

I would prefer any non-Cub team to transfer instead. As for the Central, I’m just glad we could re-establish the proper interdivision relationships. This is our division, everyone else just gets to lease a year when we deem it good for competitive balance.
