For those who don't know, Austin Wilson was the Card's 12th round pick with 1st round talent who fell that far because most teams believed he would attend Stanford.
Still, I'm glad to see they took a chance on someone rather then going with the safe pick. I die a little when I think about Kozma failing at everything and hpw the Cardinals could have drafted Rick Porcello instead. Porcello has struggled since the Tigers destroyed his approach, but he still has a lot of talent with the right pitching coach. I know it's not the same situation and I digress but still, nice to see them taking chances.
