well done, andy. i like the graphical representation a lot.
not surprising to see rasmus and luddy at the selective end of the spectrum, and a swing-happy holliday and pujols joining skippy at the free-swinging end.
freese is the big surprise to me, showing a selectivity that probably speaks well to his likelihood of continuing as a decent hitter; usually swinging too much is the vice of the rookie. he’s still getting a fair amount of BABIP luck, so he’ll regress some, but probably not off the charts.
