Oft Injured Wood Out 2 Months, Former Cardinal Perez to Close
Former Cardinal Chris Perez, whom the Indians acquired as part of the Mark DeRosa trade last year, will step in and serve as closer in Wood's absence. Wood will be out 6-8 weeks with a back strain.
