he's had two 1-run games, three 4-run games, and one crap appearance.
it hasn’t been that bad a month. He’s only given up more than 8 hits once and in four of those games allowed no HR. he’s allowed one BB in all but two games – in those he allowed 2.
with the exception of the last one, i’m not sure that he was really doing anything that different. he’s a groundball pitcher; sometimes some hits are gonna come. as long as he’s not walking anybody, and not giving up homers, he’ll be okay in the long run.
