At this point, it's a matter of principle . . .
The question is . . . . Will Bob Watson have the cojones to suspend an All-Star for striking his precious Pond Scum superstar in the helmet, less than a fortnight after he gave a certain run-of-the-mill swingman 3 games for ALMOST hitting the same guy in the head?
Considering the previous incident, Cain deserves at least twice the suspension, taking into no account intent in either case (and I'm almost certain there was no intent in either case).
My guess? We're not even going to hear about a fine. And that would be a shame.

He-who-was-wrongfully-suspended should not have been, as in no way was his throw near Wright’s head intentional. C’mon Watson, do the right thing and suspend Cain for hitting your boy in the head.
