he said Welly would get the ball the first game against the astros and after that they will be creative with the rotation.
we still need a fifth starter about 6-7 more times if i've read the schedule correct
what then?

can't remember where i read it
but i think we have the potential to only need 8ish starts from the 5th starter the rest of the way.

I am planning on buying PS, and am leaning toward Elements 7. CS is waaaaay too expensive. But, is CS worth it?

I loved the vests.
But only with no and/or tiny sleeves underneath.
"I usually don’t read other peoples sigs." -Cuttah
It looks old school to me
reminds me of the original Frank Thomas, Frank Thomas.
A few of the teams back in the late 50’s/early 60’s had the vests and all of the pics I saw in super old magazines and baseball almanacs in grade school always had pictures of those guys in their vests but with (essentially) sleeveless t-shirts on underneath.
It looked cool to me back then, and still does now.
(And, yes, the grade school I went to in the mid-80’s to early-90’s still had baseball mags form the 60’s. Thanks god we grew up poor.)

Holy shit!
Watch the web gems tonight
Pirates game. LF (Delwyn Young?) comes in on the ball, muffs it, kicks it up in the air, and the 2B catches it for an out, then throws to 1B for the double play
Of all sad words of tongue or pen; the saddest are these: 'It might have been!'
That play was awesome
The 2B laid flat out and bare-handed the kick from RF. Amazing.

Do you know the difference between a "claim" and a question?
Clearly not. Here’s what I said:
Was he pointing in the Houston dugout?
Isn’t that the 1st base dugout?
Perhaps you should clean up your reading comprehension skills before you start trolling other boards and starting problems. Go back where you came from…

knuckelhead is hardly offensive
but he was doing more than pointing to his family

what a douche
You went 1 for 6 and have an OPS under .800 Soriano, you also possess the second worst contract in baseball (Vernon Wells wins that)

I was really hoping that would have happened against Valverde instead since he's such a tool
I can’t believe the Cards got swept by that chump team a few days ago. I hope they wind up in last by the end of the season with all their fat old players tied to shitty contracts.

He would immediately begin to suck...
He wouldn’t get any more confidence-boosting starts against the Cardinals…

it's close
both teams will be battling the Pirates for last in 2 years. Neither has much of a farm system to speak of.

stros are the oldest in the league according to this. the cards are actually older than the cubs.

Lincecum throws CG
15 strikeouts.
I luckily recorded the whole thing on my DVR in HD so I’m going to watch it again. The Freak is sick.

Not all that accurate, but highly humorous.
