He only threw 15 pitches, so there might be more. However, if there isn't, given the lack of speed differential or moment on his pitches and the horrible command (7+ BB/9 in AA this year), I doubt he can be called a legitimate prospect.

elite movement and speed on the FF. I’d imagine it’s in 95 percentile of horizontal movement.

Oh, yeah

This is average movement on all pitches in the majors. So, you’re right, he appears to have about as much movment as the averages sinker, but throws it 4-5 MPH faster.
