If you want me to be quite honest, I remember seeing this dude during the telecast, and I thought maybe David Cone had shaved his head. More background (from the same source) is here. MLB and Fox's handling of Stan Musial's appearance was silly enough, but with Mr. President in the building, there may have been justification (from directive by the Secret Service) to that. Then, I see this and it makes me wonder if everyone in charge just set out to piss on the whole St. Louis All-Star experience. Ridiculous.
