PrintPujols finishes 0-3 w/ an error but Yadi has a big 2 out single and Franklin pitched a scoreless inning. Hopefully the NL can pull it out and get the Cards, I mean the NL, the home field in the World Series.

The AL is the stronger league, no doubt. But I don’t think there’s much of a disparity between the All-Star Teams, which are just rosters of elite guys on both sides.

The only thing I was worried about is how Pujols felt about it. I’m sure he was dissaponted, but seemed to be enjoying himself even after he was taken out. And I’m sure he was overjoyed for Yadi and Franklin. And I’m glad he was able to show his D, after that error.
Overall, I’m happy with the game. That + the Whiskey, it’s been a good night.

That’s becoming my sentiment. I don’t feel like the better team won tonight (or for the last 3 yrs for that matter). I know the AL has been superior but I think NL is now right there with them. We (NL) just can’t catch a break.
