I like that broadcasters are showing OBP on the screen now

but it just makes me wish they would show SLG too. And then OPS! And wOBA! And on and on…
To the educated fan Colby’s OBP isn’t great, probably just below average. But a lot of people don’t know that.

When you start from a larger body frame, you’re going to get a larger body when you add in muscle and the kind of weight training Albert does. It’s not like he came in pencil-thin.

Albert’s got the kind of body that’ll develop quite a gut whenever he stops playing.

Goddamnit Tony

You are up five! Leave Kinney in there…or yank him with one out to go and destroy his confidence. This is completely unnecessary.

But by all means, burn out the pen two days before a double header.

Need to win 2 more to get to 50 wins by the ASG

If that happens and Derosa or Glaus come back in a few weeks, I think this team has a legitimate shot at 100 wins now that Ludwick is starting to hit again.

Very nice.

Guys, you seriously need to see this to believe it

Jarrett Hoff Power is the greatest player ever.

Get this. His O-Swing is 0%. He has not yet swung at a ball. Only at strikes.

And oh, by the way way, he hasn’t missed those strikes either. He has not yet swung and missed in the major leagues.

I know, I know, sample size. But seriously, that’s ridiculous. I love him. What a hilarious midget.
