This just in the the news team news center, Adam Wainwright is awesome. Dude flat out shut down los gigantes tonight. it's a shame the umps screwed him out of a potential win. he really was the stopper the Cards needed him so desperately to be. at least DeRo seams to not be as hurt as we all feared. that's also some much needed good news.
oh, and this breaking news just in to our news center studio's.
And Albert Pujols is ridiculous

I wanna feel bad for myself and other Cardinals fans
but really I just feel bad for Albert. What percentage of the time that he gets on base does he actually get driven in? Yeah, once tonight but other than that it seems like about 2%, as if he could just have the score keeper record his hit and then he could sit back down and it wouldn’t affect the outcome of the game in the least.

Actually they contain Isoflavones that act as phytoestrogens in some mammals,
they are proven to be bad for sheep who feed primarily on phytoestrogen containing plants (causing infertility in males), but their effects on humans are much less clear and are generally considered inconsequential in adults and in normal servings. There are studies being conducted to test for positive effects of phytoestrogen on adult males.

because I went to school in Flagstaff and many of them have lost their jobs and homes.
Yuma has one of the highest unemployment rates in the country close to 25%
Their house prices in Phoenix have lost over 50% of the value since I think Oct 07

I live on the outskirts of STL and I bought a house in 2007. At the same time, my friend in Scottsdale bought the same size house for more than twice the price I paid. He sold the house a few months ago for right at the value of my house.

House values
In STL and PHX are now about the same. Two years ago houses in PHX were worth twice as much as houses in STL. Same thing in Vegas. Used to live there too and all my friends still there are upside down in their mortgages now.
That really sucks
It must be depressing as hell to lose so much money in your house value while still have to pay your mortgage on it. I could see why some people would just walk away from their homes. Home prices still have to go down even more. More ARM’s will be resetting in 2010 plus we haven’t started to see $1M home price starting to crash yet. They will be next housing bubble to crash.
