Game 80 Overflow

This just in the the news team news center, Adam Wainwright is awesome. Dude flat out shut down los gigantes tonight. it's a shame the umps screwed him out of a potential win. he really was the stopper the Cards needed him so desperately to be. at least DeRo seams to not be as hurt as we all feared. that's also some much needed good news.

Star-divide

oh, and this breaking news just in to our news center studio's.

And Albert Pujols is ridiculous

It must be obnoxious to have a stellar day then not play.

by rencelas on Jul 1, 2009 10:58 PM EDT up reply actions

now this I agree with

There’s no rhyme or reason to some of the lineup changes.

When Ludwick was hot (remember that?), he was still being platooned. That almost cost him an ASG berth, imo.

It's just like any other job

it’s nice to know what’s expected of you when you walk in the door in the morning… It would get really frustrating if you’re a secretary who all of a sudden has to do accounting today and then recruiting the day after that, then take a stab at the CEO’s job next week.

it might help

but in tony’s defense (i never come to his defense haha) how many everyday players do we really have? Albert, Rasmus, Ludwick, Molina. Skip? Ryan? i guess that’s enough that it might help to play them everyday, i’m just not sure

Too bad he can't let

Rasmus play everyday.

The issue isn’t our everyday players like Pujols and Molina, it’s playing terrible guys in Dunc, Ankiel, and Thurston everyday no matter what. And then making a statement that Wallace shouldn’t even be thought of for the majors this season…as if he would do any worse than Thurston is doing.

Actually they contain Isoflavones that act as phytoestrogens in some mammals,

they are proven to be bad for sheep who feed primarily on phytoestrogen containing plants (causing infertility in males), but their effects on humans are much less clear and are generally considered inconsequential in adults and in normal servings. There are studies being conducted to test for positive effects of phytoestrogen on adult males.
