These pics tell a great story.
Looking at these makes me realize how great it is to be a cardinal fan. We have such amazing legends to call our own. Red in the 20’s, Musial in the 40’s, Gibson in the 60’s, Ozzie in the 80’s, and now Albert. I know I’m leaving out some amazing players (even some HOFers), but these five men are the reason I know that I am a fan of the greatest franchise in all of sports.

Except for the part about Red Schoendienst, who wasn’t born until 1923, and didn’t start pro ball until 1945. But other than that…
