Does anyone else

Is that the first HR hit by a 4th place hitter after a walk to Pujols?

Rasmus is quickly becoming

a badass

"I remember once talking to one guy on the Cardinals and asking him what Pujols was like as a teammate. He said something that’s really special, if you think about it. that is what we needed

In the first Inning. A hard hit ball by Duncan. Pujols not trying to do much. And Rasmus making them pay.

Now we just need the Wagonmaker to be himself.

I'll stick of for Tony here.

I’ll say that Tony putting Rasmus in positions to succeed is one of the reasons rasmus has been able to come out of his early season slump to be the hitter he currently is. But putting him in favorable match ups it has Lead to success for him as well as getting him comfertable at the Major League level and protecting him from the media when he fails.

I'm getting tired of people saying Wainwright (Marlins announcer this time)

I still don't get that

of course the first baseball teams I really remember are the early 80s cards, and for the most part, the starters were always starters. Are we sure this isn’t just something that has came along in the LaRussa years and people just tend to think that is always the way it has been?

I would be more than happy to revoke that statement if it was proven wrong.

City of St. Louis

is something like 65% black.

However, Cardinals tickets are both expensive (city is also poor, white and black), and baseball games seem to be a sea of white. sad.
