All young players=garbage

They need to get off of his lawn. Albert blatantly screws up doing something crazy, and it’s chalked up to “being aggressive.” Brendan Ryan makes a similar mistake and it’s because he’s young and inexperienced and needs to get off of his lawn.

that’s what I was thinking when I posted this. ours is much the same, but then again if Wainwright has figured out his problem with walks, and Carpenter can do anything without falling apart, we will be pretty effective… if we can get our hitters back in a reasonable amount of time. dang, that sounds depressing

I thought they were going to be a pretty bad team

with no pitching and no bullpen and I still feel that way.

They seem to think that their hitters are being more disciplined in taking walks, I say it’s just our pitching.

by Hardcore Legend on May 18, 2009 11:35 PM EDT up reply actions

I know I said I wasn't sure if Wallace shoudl be in AAA so this is going to sound contradictory

But why not just go one level more, I can’t be the only one with no confidense that Glaus will come back. I also can’t be the only one who’s tired of not having an impact bat at 3rd.

There needs to be a trimming of the MIFers on the roster, whether that be through Craig, Wallace, I don’t know.

They are all heading to the same place, why the hand slapping?

But, not to stray from the point, I just think taht it’s classless, a slap in the face of the other team. I know in my playing days we wouldn’t have been too impressed with a bunch of guys rubbing it in like that. Granted, I just played NAIA baseball, maybe the big leaguers don’t care about that stuff.
