He emptied the bench to early, put Brendan Ryan in a high leverage situation instead of Ludwick, and he still fucking thinks that Ankiel should be in center, when we have a stud in Rasmus who probably would have caught that ball.

I've figured it out.

Dean Smith used to always say that if he did his job right, he’d have more timeouts at the end of the game than the other guy. Tony is applying that principle to players on his bench. Doug Melvin is out of players, thus, he has already failed at his job. If your opponent fails, you must win.
