Skip's infield training.
I'm sure most of us read Birdland by Derrick Goold, but for those of us who don't, I thought this post merited a link.
I must say, Skip is very dedicated.

I love how Glaus is the color commentator on this drill
Schumaker just continued to work. Backhands. Forehands. Bad hops. Sizzlers. And about a dozen of what Glaus called, "(goshdarn) top-spinning rockets."
"He’s such a good athlete, that it just is a matter of getting the repetition," Glaus said. "Fungos are great, but it’s not like you’re going to be able to do those at game speed. And this — this is a little more than game speed
."
It’s pretty funny. Maybe he can join Rooney and Shannon in the booth for a few innings in April. At least until he drops some more obscenities.
"I'm gonna throw the nastiest curveball I have ever thrown...if he hits it, I'll tip my cap, but if not we're going to the Series."
--Adam Wainwright on the final pitch of the 2006 NLCS
