Game Watches

Now that the playoffs have hit, and especially since it will all be on the line this weekend, sometimes it's good to get together with other fans and a few cold beverages to watch the games.  In that spirit, I wanted to try to collect the locations of our various community members in one thread, as well as allow for potential meetups at local imbibing establishments.  So go ahead and post your location and where you will be watching the games this weekend, and let's raise our voices and our glasses to a big-time comeback and an NLDS victory!  Go Cards!

Baltimore

I will be watching Sunday’s game in the Canton/Fells Point area of Baltimore. As such I will be searching for a bar that will not be totally dedicated to the Ravens game and might have the Cards game featured. Anyone with any ideas or plans in that regard feel free to reply here. Thanks!

Exton, PA

This is a good idea. I will be outside Philly on Saturday afternoon, and if I can escape the family commitments for a few hours, will be looking for a good spot with some friendly faces to watch the game. Who’s with me?

New York, NY

Many of us (about 25-30) get together (at least for the last two excruciating games) at Mudville 9 on Chambers Street, between W. Broadway and Church. Easy to get to via A,C,E, 1,2,3.

There’s a good-sized “Cardinals Fans in New York” Facebook page, too, to track viewing locations.

Any Cards fans in the area?

I have a good feeling about this - Ben Crenshaw, in a press conference on the night of Sept. 25, 1999. The American Ryder Cup team was down 4 points and came back and won the following day. It was, and still is, the largest comeback in Ryder Cup history.

Let's get it together boys, and let's shock the world!
