he was the cuban lefty, widely grouped with Strasbourg and Yu Darvish (Japan, WBC) as the three top pitching prospects on the planet. He is not subject to the draft and so can sign with the highest bidder. Unpolished, he’ll still likely get 30-40 mil, depending on length of contract. Some think he will get more.
