So I went to the game over lunch...
and sat with my buddy in my old season ticket seats in the left center bleachers and caught Manny’s 2-run bomb in the third.
bleacher folks were telling me to throw it back
my response was two-fold:
1. that is a cubs tradition
2. he is going to the hall of fame, no way i throw it back
now if we can just pull out a comeback , it will make for the perfect day.

Molina gets afternoon games off all the time, especially with another early one tomorrow.
What exactly would you have done differently? We had chances, blame the guys that couldn’t get hits with runners on. Blame Glaus. Blame Mather.
