My friend Tim -- who doesn't have Extra Innings and lives in Los Angeles, which meant this was one of the rare times he got to watch the Cards live -- said:
"Last night was the equivalent of being up all night worried where your kid is; when he finally gets home at 4 a.m. you're glad he's OK, but you mostly just want to slap the s--t out of him."
