Game 125 Overflow
Chris Perez should be available tonight! No worries right?
Are we winning?
No, I'm not here; that's why I asked.

Well, the play at the plate would have been a nonissue should the E
not have happened. Sigh, seems even when we work a pitcher to death we still can’t get a decent jump

Sparing a Mets-esque meltdown, we’re not taking the NL Central. I’ll start rooting against the Cubs when they get to the NLDS.

in reading the scoreboard. While I am always paying more attention to the Cards game, I’ll check out any team that is playing against one of our playoff competitors. FWIW Cubbies have 70% of their remaining games against teams playing over .500. We and the Brewers have 55% and 52%. The tough schedule could tighten the race.

I just get tired of people looking for anything to complain about
but you’re right. I just need to let it go and expect things like that in a game thread.
didn’t think you were being “assholey” (nice word, btw), and you’re 100% right.
