Every night this week...
i’ve taken my break at work at 8pm and the cards are okay
Then, I get off at 9, and things are collapsing.
This is trash… why have we not made a move yet to get some decent relief pitching.
Or why haven’t we gone and gotten a starter so we can move one of these trash bullpen converted starters back into relief pitchers.
The only amazing thing about this season is the fact that we’ve won this many games with what is arguably the worst bullpen in the history of baseball.

7-8 months? how do know what he’s going to do?
I'm going to go try to find a puppy and kick it. - Brad Thompson AND THAT'S A WINNER!

Mozeliak's a good GM
I’d rather he make no trades if the only ones he could make all hurt the club in the long term.

ill run with nails placed in my shoes and lemon juice in my socks
Yadi swings and hits a high fly ball... Endy Chavez goes back, to the track, to the wall... ITS A GUNNER!! Yadi gives St. Louis the lead in the bottom of the eighth!

I know he was a great hitter
but Jack Clark is a horrible analyst on TV. Please don’t make us watch him again. We know it was “tough loss” Einstein. Give us some analysis!

Anyone wanna put a R rating on the postgame thread?
I think we’ve got steam to blow.

swear jar
I say we start a swear jar.. then we can buy a decent reliever…
As seen on Bleed Cubbie Blue message board... "Wait until the Cardinals call up Rasmus..."

go to the p-d boards
where anyone can say anything regardless of whether it makes sense or is backed up by any kind of intelligence. This ain’t the p-d boards!

So,
It’s pretty clear that our front office isn’t willing to spend the money to get some new arms,
SO, i think i’m just gonna wear my brewers hat for the rest of the season, in a quiet boycott of the cards, untill they get some new arms
It’s so funny that they’re letting this entire season ride on carpenter and wainwright being healthy to carry them.
Btw: when was the last time albert it a homerun? somethin like july 4???
Liek, i don’t mean to ask him to hit all the time, but he seems to be kinda slumping in important situations lately…..
