Any relation to Grady?

Sizemore, Brandon Col of Charleston 2B R/R 5’10” 205 1986-12-10 JR

I''m a Jenius!

If Adam Kennedy can make a MLB roster, anyone can!

No Relation

Grady does have a little brother, but Brandon is not him.

Xavier Scruggs is totally a baseball name, too

They say that it's never too late, but you don't get any younger...

Scruggs

Looks like a ballplayer too. I saw him at a game against cal state fullerton earlier in the year and before the game even started I mentioned that he looked like the best player on the field. The guys sitting next to me had the stat sheets and sure enough the kid rakes.

Is there anything after Wallace to get excited about?

I don’t know, maybe my expectations were too high, but I was hoping to get a little more talent in our 2-5th picks. I mean, our 2nd pick had an ERA approaching 5 in college this year (I think). Having a hard time getting too excited about anybody after Wallace.

Good raw tools, not too bright

I think he got a late start in his senior year of high school thanks to academic ineligibilty. D’oh.

Needs a lot of work, from what I’ve read.

Lance Lynn can be dominant

They have him listed as Michael, but he goes by Lance. He is a big dude, 6-6 250, with 4 pitches, and he already knows how to pound the strike zone.

As a sophmore he was one the 5 best pitchers in college baseball, and outpitched David Price head to head twice. Over the summer, he was the best pitcher on team USA.

His junior season numbers fell, but it was due largely to the loss of Zack Cozart and Justin Henry from SS and 2nd.

The Ole Miss defense took a nose dive this season.

I’m really pumped about the Cardinals drafting him.
