Wii would like to play
Or should I say, “We would like this game to be played sometime before Washington, D.C. is submerged in water.”
But in the mean time, I have been able to rock the Wii (sounds dirty), something I haven’t been able to do lately. Though my game-of-choice is definitely Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Go Peach—I don’t care if you’re a pink dress wearing, turnip-plucking, bubble-brained princess…I love to bring the pain with you.
I once shot a man just to see him die...then I got distracted and missed it.
Have you played the Track & Field game (or is it Olympics)?
I played it once at a friend’s house. It was epic.

Mario & Sonic at the Olympics
yeah, i’ve played it. Fun with friends, but believe me, your arms are spent after playing for an hour. To run or swim you just have to chug your arms up and down. It’s the only game out where I gladly take the “Why not take a break?” advice.
But I’ve been pretty much playing Brawl since its release. That and Lostwinds on Wii Ware.

Yeah that's the one
The sprints were where all the action was, but I also enjoyed the crew regatta one. It required more than just arm pumping

Not as fun as on N64
I miss the powerslides.

you can powerslide
the same as on the gamecube. i never played on the 64, so not sure about that. you just have to set it to “Manual” when playing.

used to be on the 64
you could hit the ‘jump’ button on your control to make you cart skip sideways and you could power up into turns.
by Hardcore Legend on Jun 5, 2008 4:22 AM EDT up reply actions
yeah, you can do that on the wii
you hit either the “b” or “2” button while turning. It will cause you to skid and you will see sparks coming from the back of your car. When the sparks are Blue you will get a medium turbo, when they are red you will get a big turbo.

I would not mind
if Washington, DC was submerged under water … permanently.
Nah, I didn’t say that. Did I?

mlb.tv is announcing a cancellation
but then again, they did last night, too.
They say that it's never too late, but you don't get any younger...
Thats what they said on KTRS.
It is postponed. Double header tomorrow, first game at 1 ET, 12 CT with Welley and Lannan, 2nd game at 7:10 ET, 6:10 CT with Parisi and Washington’s starter

I'll be honest...
If I get two games tommorow plus the draft, well lets just say i won’t be leaving the couch for several hours. Sweet!
2/3rd's of the earth is covered by water, the other third is coverd by Jim Edmonds....when he's healthy...
yes!
reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeally glad i didn’t make the 90-minute drive over there tonight. sucks that tomorrow’s a DH, since they could’ve made it up on july 7… but oh well. long as it doesn’t rain tomorrow night we’re good.
go cards, o's, and phillies.
...boiler up.
I think
1 on espn2, thats what my search turned up but if anyone else has more info please pass it on

I think
they only get like 5 minues between picks so the cards should come up rather quickly, the only really bad thing about the draft is having to listen to keith law discuss how we over drafted. I ust hope we make a good pick so he cant crab and moan about the cards again.
The wind in here just shifted 360 degrees!!!
