Rick

Love the glove, admire the arm.

But you’re not Tiger Woods, lay off the low shit.

Congragulations, Al.

You have successfully told us a fun and interesting story. You can go back to ranting about the color of Ankiel’s shoelaces now.

They say that it's never too late, but you don't get any younger...

Rick had a nice swing on that one

he looks better today. Unless Maine just isn’t fooling him (or anyone)

the Giants would be good

if they didn’t have to pay for Zito

Zito kicked their asses last year

and he’s coming off his best start of the season. Anyway, after him they get Cain and Lincecum and somebody else I’m forgetting right now.

Zito

has a lot of regressing to the mean to do

Regressing?

or progressing?

Did he ever Gress?

How would one go about gressing?

Was I still watching ESPN?

Wow, time flies.

Albert isn’t just a player for the cards per se, he’s also a marketing machine they can leverage. They can’t afford to let him go, and I don’t think he’d even consider it unless there’s some issues with the next manager we have

he'll get the elbow fixed

then we’ll start talking. I would hedge a bet that’s the approach we’re looking towards. There’s also plenty of time left in his contract to do it.

As long as they continue to walk Duncan, I think this one is llloking good.

was this

The Molina bombs makes me happy for the ending.

The Chavez catch reminds me of how far my heart dropped. Plus the hole I put in my couch after I kicked it outta frustration…

Did everyone just see that All Star Game comercial?

with Ankiel on the billboard ?

I wonder if thats just a STL promo.

Like you see those billboards that say “because small burgers are for Cubs fans…”

and you know they say the opposite in Chicago.

So do you think they play it with Ank everywhere because of the story or just here?
and say in Seattle they have Ichiro or something

I thought the ASB was next week, not the week after. Let’s make that I wouldn’t mind having a 9-game winning streak this time next week
